Przemysław Szczur - graduate in French studies and gender studies at Jagiellonian University in Cracow; Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Philology, working on a dissertation entitled „Produkcja tożsamości: postać homoseksualna w powieści francuskiej drugiej połowy XIX wieku (1859-1899) [Producing identity: The homosexual character in French novels of the second half of 19th century (1859-1899)]. He has published in Excavatio, Cahiers de la RALM, Recykling idei. His interests are: the poetics of realistic and naturalistic fiction, narratology, feminism, as well as gender and queer studies.
